Solution Architect – Digital Solutions
Location: Hyderabad

1. Building thought leadership and expertise in emerging technologies and creatively applies it to different needs of the
business.
2. Implementation of projects within time and budget addressing critical business needs leveraging appropriate technology.
3. Driving and Ensuring benefit realization of various implemented projects (TCO/ROI).
4. This leader must be capable of working in a matrixed organization and coordinating the delivery of multiple outcomes
concurrently.
5. As a people leader first, and delivery manager second, this leader must build, inspire and lead the technical teams and
outsource partners.
6. Additionally, leader must be capable of independently driving against stated goals and objectives in a different time zone.

We are looking for bright individuals who have passion for creating innovative technical solutions leveraging appropriate and
emerging technologies.
Minimum 12 years’ experience in Software development and maintenance technical Leadership position,
overall 15+ years of work experience.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for assisting in the establishment of an IT Architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and
standards methodology.
2. Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
3. Reviews business context for solutions to company challenges as well as defining the vision and requirements for the
solution, recommending potential options, (which may include RFIs, RFPs or prototype development), selecting the most
optimal option, and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution.
4. Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the
formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures.
5. Champions a structured approach to business application solutions.
6. Directly assists in the development of a solutions architecture program including departmental roadmaps and project
portfolios for IT systems architecture.
7. Assures solutions not only are a fit for the specific purpose but also closely align with the standards guidelines of
technology solutions.
8. Influences changes to standards when necessary.
9. Supports the architectural aspects of all application projects in peer IT portfolios.
10. Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning
options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership.
11. Develops and executes solutions which further reduce the percentage of time spent on reactive work.
12. Provides analysis of security protection technologies as necessary.

Education & Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
2. Minimum of 10 – 12 years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology solutions architecture

3. Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs
4. Proficiency with information technologies in a secure network environment
5. Expertise with personal computers in a secure network environment and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel,
Access, PowerPoint and SharePoint) or similar software
Technical Competency:
1) Person should carry software development and solution architecting experience in .Net, Java, PHP and other web
technologies (, etc)
2) Hands on knowledge of Oracle, SQL, Postgress and other databases
3) Hands on knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating technologies
4) Experience with cloud technologies specially knowledge of Cloud VPC. Landing Zone, SaaS app monitoring, Direct /
Express route integration (including IaaS, PaaS for private and public clouds).
5) Partner governance capability specially SLA review, SLA enabled SOW creation, Governance.etc.
6) Experience in handling the Basic Vulnerability Assessments and General Security issues like probable data leakage etc.

7) Experience and knowledge of Security best practices for Banking and Financial Services Industry.
8) Person should carry technical knowledge of Servers, OS, VMware, Databases (SQL/Oracle), Backup, Storage etc.

12) Troubleshooting and problem-solving capability (Hands-on)
