The Vimaan Robotics India R&D center in Bengaluru is playing a critical role in the product and algorithm development. We are looking to hire an experienced and talented DevOps Engineers who are passionate about automating, maintaining and deploying next generation of products on the SaaS platform.
About the Role
As a Sr Cloud DevOps Engineers engineer, you will work across the stack and be responsible for the entire CICD pipeline. You’ll have bias for automation, be obsessed about customers, excessively collaborative to build and ship the whole CICD infrastructure. We are detail oriented and value clean and easy to maintain infrastructure, which seamlessly scales. You'll help architect and build our automation frameworks, CICD guidelines and policies. We love people who set and deliver aggressive goals and exceed on those goals. This position is for Vimaan India R&D Center, Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
Creation of tools, automation scripts, and streamlined processes.
Build, manage, and maintain large-scale enterprise cloud environments (On-premise and public).
Strong background in deploying and managing Kubernetes and Containers based infrastructure
Publishes best practices for CICD and incorporates it across the organization
Partner closely with ML, Embedded and the Sr Management in design, architecture and deployment of the cloud infrastructure and deploying solutions in production
Be a subject matter expert on cloud technologies, CICD, cloud deployments, cloud security
Qualifications:
BS or MS degree in computer science or related with 2+ years of experience in cloud technologies.
Strong foundational knowledge in Containers, Kubernetes, Data Infrastructure, Architectural patterns, Algorithms, OOPS Principles
Hands-on experience in DevOps, CICD, Automation, and Orchestration tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Jenkins, etc.)
Strong technical knowledge of cloud technologies like Containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift etc.
String development experience in the language like Java, C++, python, or similar technologies. Given we are a small team, you should be willing to work across the stack and learn new technologies quickly.
UNIX system administration, Git, SVN, monitoring tools, release management
Bonus points for experience on AWS, GCP, Azure, MWS, Cloud security, Orchestration Tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins etc)
Experience installing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based servers and services running various operating systems in an enterprise environment.

AWS Security and Automation

Job description:

Ø      Must be a security and technical expert in Cloud Security technology, architects, designs, systems implementation and integration with deep, specialized knowledge of Amazon Web Services.

Ø       Responsible for designing and delivering security solutions in Cloud infrastructure based on Cloud security standards, governance and control practices

Ø      Conducts technical research when necessary to contribute to setting cloud security direction and strategy.

Ø      Assists others on own team, or other teams where applicable, on cloud security projects or security-relevant tasks on technical projects.

Ø      Designs, develop and implements new cloud security technologies to support business and technology solutions.

Ø      Assist with the design and development of a multi-account, multi-region, highly available and highly automated AWS environment to support application development, cloud computing, security, identity and access management, and IT infrastructure

Ø      Understand and contribute to the creation of system support documents, operational procedures, and build Terraform scripts/Cloud Formation templates

 

Mandatory Skill Requirement
