Project
management office (PMO) is a group in the IT function, responsible for
providing management reports, establishing
guidelines, and a governance framework. The role is not limited to administrative
function. PMO is a value center and be a vital part of business
profitability by closely monitoring outcomes from the investments.
We are
looking for bright individuals who have passion for driving results from
Digital function with focus on operational excellence. Minimum 3 years’
experience in PMO Governance, overall 5+ years of work experience. Ideally
candidates should have:
PMO Lead Job Responsibilities:
1.
Monitors
and reports overall progress and health of projects & services
2. Ensure all team
members uphold the company's standards throughout each project's development
and execution.
3. Drafting new and
improving existing project management office policies and processes.
4. Adoption tracking
(applications, tools, knowledge management, etc.)
5. The projects are
prioritized and aligned to short and long-term goals of the business
6. The right people have
access to the right information to make the right decisions
7. The projects are
staying within the planned time and budget
8. Analyze and oversaw
effective implementation of all projects that incorporate supervision and
project task processes.
9. Develop work
schedules, evaluate resources and ensure compliance to budget and cost control
activities
10. IT resources are
utilized in the most efficient manner
11. There are ongoing risk
assessment and mitigation across all projects. Coordinate with other
departments and perform assessment and execution of new technologies and
outputs.
12. Status of milestones
and deliverables across the portfolio
13. Financial information
about the budget, actuals, variances, etc.
14. Risks and progress on
mitigating these risks
15. Drive operational
efficiency and performance of projects and services

PMO Lead Qualifications / Skills:
1.
Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or
equivalent education or work experience
2. Minimum of 5 years of
experience related to IT Management or other information technology industry
role
3. Excellent oral and
written communication
4. Analytical and problem-solving
skills
5. High attention to

7. Broad understanding of
information technology topics
8. Effective
