Lead – Infrastructure
NeSL is India’s first Information Utility and is registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) under the aegis of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). The company has been set up by leading banks and public institutions and is incorporated as a union government company. The primary role of NeSL is to serve as a repository of legal evidence holding the information pertaining to any debt/claim, as submitted by the financial or operational creditor and verified and authenticated by the parties to the debt.
NeSL works towards
- Time-bound resolution by providing verified information to creditors and to Adjudicating Authorities that do not require further authentication.
- Default intimation to Creditors linked to a debtor when any creditor files a default against a debtor
- Mitigation of information asymmetry between parties to a debt
- Superior credit monitoring by creditors
- An agreed statement of outstanding balance between parties to a debt
- Facilitate all stakeholders of the IBC ecosystem by leveraging Information Technology to achieve objective of code
Job Summary:
NeSL is looking for a hands-on Lead with strong experience in Servers/Storage. This will be challenging opportunity and we are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong technical acumen.
Job Responsibility:
- Work with in-house Technology team/ business domain experts to understand requirements
- Work with data Center service provider
- Manage data sync between DC to DR, lead DR drill & hands on in Linux.
- Responsible for oversight of system/storage/backup deployed in the datacentre, proactive patching, monitoring requirements, capacity planning, performance issues etc
- Manage infrastructure in Bengaluru and Mumbai offices
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
Experience & Skills:
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience in datacentre infrastructure support.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Ability to professionally communicate both internally and externally with individuals at various levels of an organization
- Experience in supporting multiple technology stacks (hands on experience in Linux and Windows a must)
- Experience in Open-Source Stack for monitoring tools, replication
- Good understanding of Load balancer, Webserver, SSL, proxy server etc
Job Location: Bengaluru
Travel requirement:
Primary job location is Bengaluru, should be prepared to travel anywhere within India for interactions with various solution providers, client sites and other data centre locations.
