Role and Responsibilities
- Provide a safe zone for the team with clear, honest, and inclusive communication that builds trust in both teams and peers across the organization.
- Set expectations to ensure that team works towards the success of the project.

- Guide the team to deliver as a performing unit and conduct agile reporting.
- Understand technology deeply and guide the team to debug at any level in the software stack.
- Focus on continuous improvement to drive team's vital growth.
- 12+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- 3+ years of experience in managing Java-based projects.
- 3+ years of experience in development and maintenance projects.
- 3+ years of experience in agile methodologies (like Scrum) and concepts (Sprint, Release, Backlog, etc.)
- 5-8 years of experience in Production Quality Software Development.
- Experience of working in a diverse or multiple stakeholder environment.
- Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development including analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Good understanding of application development with Microservices Architecture.
- Prior experience in agile development methodologies, namely Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Comfortable working in an onsite-offshore environment.
- Experience in cloud services, preferably on AWS or Azure, with the ability to model and specify Consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with DevOps model of development and QA within a single team.
- Must have a strong sense of pragmatism in delivering value to the client.
