Role and Responsibilities
Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing and roll-out, and support.
Monitor the jobs and work with different teams in case of failures.
Solve complex business problems by utilizing disciplined development methodology, producing scalable, flexible, efficient, and supportable solutions using appropriate technologies.
Analyze source, target system data, and map the transformation that meets the requirement.
Interact with the client and onsite coordinators during different phases of a project.
Work with business users and meet team expectations on requirement gathering and solution building.
Skills and Experience
Strong experience in following SAP services: Data Services, Information Steward, Intermediate Documents (IDocs), Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI), Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW), and Migration Cockpit.
Good knowledge of data quality, profiling, cleansing, harmonization.
Should be thoroughly aware of SAP and Non-SAP best practices for data migration.
Expertise in SAP BODS integration of SAP systems to S4HANA system.
Good knowledge of SAP BODS transformation.
Must understand SAP Information Steward components like Data Insights and Cleansing, and Package Builder to create data quality rules and dictionaries to standardize the data.
Should be able to work independently, analyze problems, and provide solutions.
Must have strong analytical and communication skills.
