QA Engineers - Hyderabad

 

Our Client is seeking a Sr. QA Engineer with experience in Web Application testing, Mobile Application Testing and experience in test automation. 

Shift Timings : 3pm to 12am IST 

What we look for/Skills

To build Test automation competency.

Analyze the end-to-end scenarios, gather requirements, and design the test cases for automation.

Developing new automation frameworks and Enhancing existing frameworks.

Developing reusable test assets.

Developing functional test scripts using test case development techniques such as boundary values analysis, equivalence partitioning, positive/negative scenarios

 Manage and maintain complex set of automated test assets including automated scripts, test framework components, test data

Cross functional review and update of test cases

Work closely with the development team to validate user stories, bugs resolved during the Sprint and manage downstream release management process and communication

The selected candidate shall be a self-starter and can work independently on identified modules and take ownership of manual testing activities

Technical Stack(Skill set)

Selenium/Appium and Preferable Languages: Java and Python

TestNG, Apache ANT, and Maven

Job Description

·    Perform project tasks and solve problems with little or no assistance and guidance

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in programming and Test automation tools. Preferable tools: Selenium/Appium and Preferable Languages: Java and Python

· Work closely with clients to analyze the end-to-end scenarios, gather requirements, and design the test cases that need to be automated.

· Should have experience in designing and maintaining automated scripts by utilizing the existing or new frameworks(Hybrid and POM)

· Experience on TestNG, Apache ANT, and Maven

· Experience with source control management tools (GitHub, GitLab)

· Experience on Cucumber Framework or other custom Automation Reports

· Experience in CI/CD automation processes and guide teams to follow CI/CD. Preferable tools: Jenkins

· Experience on Database Testing / SQL queries

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Requirements

 

· Knowledge on Mobile automation tools. Preferable tools: Appium

· Knowledge on API Testing and API automation using Rest Assured.

· Knowledge on performance/load and security testing metrics

· Knowledge on AWS essentials like Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) and Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3)
