UI Architect
Fission Labs is seeking an UI Architect (JavaScript) Engineer who can help us to build a high scalable platform by using the newest technologies and the highest security standards. We work on OOJS, AngularJS, VueJS, and ReactJS along with NodeJS for our development needs at Fission labs, Hyderabad.
Your Role
- Conceptualize solutions and be involved in presales
- Key member of the product development team that helps shape the capabilities of the product.
- Responsible for the architecture and design choices for the various projects and products.
- Build and write scalable software
- Manage complex technical projects and a team of software engineers
- You will build and assist in developing new approaches towards Frontend(UI) Development
- You will need to be comfortable working throughout the lifespan of a project, from ideation to launch
- You will need to take ownership and work closely with others to strive with maximum impact.
- You bring in your opinion and actively improve our processes
- You take responsibility for what you deliver and learn from mistakes
- Lead a team that is responsible for building front end
- You are dedicated, communicative, team-oriented and have the enthusiasm to see how your code has an effect on the whole company
- You are not only an executor, but also bring in your opinion and challenge your team

What we look for/Skills
- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.S / MCA graduate (preferably from a reputed college or University) with a total experience of 8+ years
- Lead a front end development teams for 3-4 years in agile setup
- Must have a knack of good user experience
- Expertize in OOJS, JavaScript,
- Expertize in any of the framework( AJS/REACT/Vue) building and testing SPA’s
- Experience using JavaScript promises and utilities like Lodash, Async, webpack, gulp etc.,
- Exposure to one complete SDLC cycle (Concept - Launch)
- Excellent problem solver and a great communicator
- Must have implemented REST API Concepts along with contract negotiation with backend team
- Deployment Automation for UI Stack
- Should have worked on MVC,MVVM Design patterns
- Should have experience in UNIT Testing, Code refactoring and Code Review
- Bring/suggest best practices as and when it is required
- Experience with Agile, Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration environments
- Experience with various architectures preferably Service Oriented Architectures
- An active interest in the open-source technologies, frameworks, tools and community
- Cloud Computing like Amazon Web Services
